Frozen
or
fresh

broccoli

cauliflower

cup
carrots
Canned
or
dried

cup
pinto
beans
1
cup
navy
beans
Instructions:
1.
Sauté
Herbs:
Heat
a
pot
on
medium.
Add
a
splash
of
vegetable
broth,
rosemary,
and
basil.
Sauté
for
1-2
minutes.
2.
Add
Vegetables:
Stir
in
broccoli,
cauliflower,
and
carrots.
Cook
for
5
minutes.
3.
Add
Broth
&
Beans:
Pour
in
vegetable
broth,
pinto
beans,
and
navy
beans.
Simmer
for
15
minutes.
4.
Season:
Sprinkle
Everything
Bagel
seasoning
to
taste.
Simmer
5
more
minutes.
Note: Cook beans first if dried until almost done then all the ingredients mentioned in the recipe and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
