Sharon
Brooks
Founder/FitnessTrainer
I
am
over
60
years
of
age
and
I
have
been
in
business
for
more
than
20
years.
For
years,
my
clients
have
described
me
as
an
energetic,
motivational
personal
trainer
and
fitness
instructor
with
a
passion
for
treating
the
whole
person:
body
and
soul.
That’s
because
one
of
the
greatest
joys
in
my
life
is
to
share
my
passion
for
the
complete
wellness
and
then
motivate
others
to
do
the
same
with
their
own
health
and
fitness.
In
my
young
adulthood,
I
was
compelled
to
take
action
when
I
experienced
unhealthy
weight
gain
and
realized
that
my
family
history
included
high
blood
pressure
and
diabetes.
Now
in
the
best
shape
of
my
life
in
my
sixties,
I
am
geared
up
to
help
others
realize
their
fitness
goals.
My
personal
training
background
includes
obtaining
a
thorough
health
history
by
providing
health
and
fitness
consultations,
preforming
initial
test
to
determine
your
overall
fitness
level.
Also,
I
closely
exam
stamina,
endurance,
flexibility
and
then
customize
the
workouts
to
fit
your
need
and
health
level
of
my
clients.
My
group
fitness
experience
includes
leading
and
coaching
classes
through
rigorous
fitness
routines,
weightlifting,
spinning
classes
or
yoga
routines.
I,
also,
facilitate
with
other
instructors
to
help
demonstrate
how
the
various
fitness
levels
can
be
preformed
to
engage
all
who
attend
the
class.
