Instructions:
1. Prep the tofu: Slice the tofu block in half horizontally, then cut each half into triangles.
2. Marinate: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the tofu triangles in the marinade until evenly coated.
3. Coat with cornstarch: Sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and gently toss to coat. This helps make the tofu extra crispy.
4. Air fry:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the tofu triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
5. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or in a salad or bowl!
