1) Seperate the orange segments and place them on a baking sheet.
2) Freeze them for a minimum of 4 hours.
3) Put frozen pieces into a food processor; it will look lumpy at first, but blend until creamy.

Feel free to use tangerines, Cara Cara oranges and ruby red grapefruits.
